ఇన్నాళ్లుగా ప్రేమగా అల్లుకున్న ఈ గూడు,
నాకు ఆహారమైపోయిన పురుగుల కంకాళాలతో
గాలికెగిరి వచ్చిన గడ్డిపోగులతో, దుమ్మూ ధూళితో
అలంకరించబడిన, అందమైన నా గూడు,
ఇంత పరిచితమైన ఈ గూడు,
ఎలా వదిలేసేది?

This web, that I have woven all this while,
with love,
Beautifully decorated,
With the remains of insects eaten,
Wind blown bits of grass, dust, and pollen,
This familiar web,
How do I let go?

మిగిలిన పురుగులన్నీ, నా గూటిలో చిక్కుకోవడం అంటే
ఏదో తప్పించుకోలేని కష్టం అనుకుంటాయి గానీ
నాకన్నా గట్టిగా ఇరుక్కుపోయింది ఇంకెవరు!!?

The other insects will tell you stories,
Of how difficult it is to escape my web
But who do you see, more stuck than me?
